Attempt aligning bash with zsh

- support PROMPT
- support RPROMPT (buggy if on same line)
- support zsh color codes in PROMPT and RPROMPT
- refactor set_prompt to use PROMPT and RPROMPT
- add duration and rc to RPROMPT
